Mike Hintz is a fitness entrepreneur, author, consultant and coach to active-minded men and women 40s and older
looking for a simple, realistic way to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce daily aches and pains —without spending hours in the gym, risking injury, or following programs that weren’t built for them in the first place.

Mike Hintz is a fitness coach who specializes in helping adults 40 and older build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies—without the pressure of high-intensity gyms or one-size-fits-all programs. As the founder of Absolute Fitness, Mike works exclusively with clients who want to stay active and independent, but who often feel overlooked or out of place in traditional fitness settings.

With a deep understanding of orthopedic limitations, age-related changes, and the realities of busy lives, Mike designs safe, efficient workouts that fit into real schedules—often in just 30–45 minutes, two to three times per week. His private, appointment-based coaching model gives clients the personal attention and structure they need to stay consistent and injury-free.
